Q: I am on a 1,500 calorie diet.
and i always have trouble finding foods that are satisfying without it having alot of calories.
Anyone have any recipes or ideas of some food?

A: When I am trying to lose weight, I cut my calories to 1500/day, switch to whole grains, eat beans, nuts, and soy for protein, and step up my fruits & veggies. I also get half an hour of cardio every day and half an hour of strength training six days

what is a good healty diet just to loose a couple of pounds but also eat the foods that you love?


Eat less foods that are high in fat and sodium.
Eat more foods high in protein:
tuna
lean turkey
chicken

Eat more food high in carbohydrates:
pasta
rice
potatoes

Eat plenty
