Q: I want to start the nothing white diet but I can not find menus. I know its no carbs or sugar right?
Breakfast is going to be hard. I have stomach issues and usually cant eat meat in the morning.
Any suggestions?
A: Nothing white isn't a no-carb diet. It's a no refined-carb diet. So no white pasta, white bread, potatoes, white rice, sugar, white flour. It's wholegrains instead; wholegrain pasta, rice, cereals, etc.

Im 16 years old.
Lately my diet has been really unbalenced.. for example, I usually just eat carbs (pasta) everyday (but I still get a little of everything else in)
Just recently I have been eatting meat for dinner every day.
Also,
I am looking for a diet pill to take, but most have caffeine in them or cause upset stomach. Do you know any that don't have this/cause this? Thanks
