I am 14 years old,weigh 225 pounds,and am 5'6 and I am overweight by like 100 pounds i need to get to 120 lbs so this is my diet plan:::
Breakfast: Slim fast Bar/shake(in the morning i do either)With some grapes
Lunch:A slim fast
A: be proud about yourself for making an effort to make a change in your life for a healthier and easier life.....
if every young person had the same mentality .... we will never have this obesity crisis at all!!!

I'm getting married in October and I'm trying to cut back on my portions,, and I'm joining a gym on Monday. Does anyone have any dieting/ workout tips that can help me loose 15-20lbs. Thanks!!!

I'm not way over weight. But over the last 5 years I have gotten out of shape and put on some inches on my wait line. I was thinking about getting on a good schedule food diet, workout and also change the foods I eat. Should I go vegetarian and eat
