Q: I have been reading that yeast overgrowth can cause a lot of physical ailments. I would like to try an anti-yeast diet program but there are many out there and I don't know which one to try. If anyone could share their experiences, that would be great.

I have to do this for 3 months due to severe yeast overgrowth in my bowels intestines and other orfans.
How easy is this diet and can u give me any tips on whats good to eat please?
