i've never used coastal scents, but i have a lot of NYX. nyx is inexpensive and works well, and stays on my eyes, I get my nyx items at CVS or walmart. If you looking for cheap good products i would just go to walmart and get a pallete from there (
The colors go on accurate to Hue and then oxidise very very bound to a pinkey/red Hue. Weirdly enough I have somehow managed to find my Very good red lip Screen in this palette. The colors alter from nudey pinks, to brighter pinks, oranges and reds. Again, it is a disgrace that the accepted Stila superior has not appear through in this palette....
