Q: I'm interested in how the slim 4 life diet works and exactly what kind of food they recommend? How many calories per day do they recommend? What type of supplements do they want you to take? etc... I am doing a paper for my wellness and nutrition class
A: Calories is a major subject when it comes to weight loss. We need to know 3 definitions: the amount of calories in our food, the amount of calories a certain activity expends each hour, and last but not least our own personal daily allowance of calories.
I'm thinking of joining Slim 4 Life and would like to hear from others the Pro's and Con's and if it really works.
