Whats the best way to loss weight 4 months before my sisters wedding ???

Q: My sister is getting married and I am her maid of honor and we both wanna loss weight before the wedding so we can look and feel great !!!

A: i have 5 months till mine. i started the south beach diet a few weeks ago.
it's working so far. i just need to exercise more to really boost results.

cut back on carbs and sugars. no soda. limit alcohol.

i am planning on running 5 miles 5 or 6 days a week, eating salads packed with protein (eggs, veggies, sunflower seeds), drinking water and getting a lot of rest. Could i expect to lose a lot of weight withing a month, and then within four months or

Been trying to loss weight for 4 months, work out an hour at night, before school too & major diet but nothing?

I do running, bender ball, Womens health workouts and SHAPE exercise videos. Zumba at the YMCA and eat like no sugar or starch. Lots of veggies and fruit. Nothing not on a diet. Was a boring Easter.. :[


For your probably gaining muscle which weights more than fat.
Be patient and weight abit longer or try cutting out abit more food with a bit more exserice.
