i completely understand that this is not healthy, and i know it will not lead to permanent weightloss, however i am going on a cruise in 5 days and need to loss 5lbs to reach my goal weight.. i plan on maintaining it or 'relosing' the weight healthily


You can try this following diet and back it up with exercise:
Every alternate day i.e. for 3 of the 5 days take a fruit and milk diet.
For eg.
Day 1
For breakfast lunch and dinner have 2 bananas and one glass of milk each.

Ok you said you don't want advice so You can lose about 4 to 6 pounds I'd say. If you don't faint or develop heart problems till the end of 5 days.
