i eat 400-800 calories a day and cycle for around 90mins and walk about 90mins too, it loses around 3lb/4lb a week

I read on many weight loss sites that 3,500 calories = 1 pound of weight loss. I've started working out and have burned over 8000 calories more than I eat.. but haven't lost a pound...
