Q: Does anyone know what the average weight loss was for the biggest loser weight loss challenge was?
I am dedicating 4 weeks to do nothing but work out and diet. I need to know what to expect to lose for such an intense program. Thanks.
A: I think they've been at it 9 weeks now & most have lost 50 plus pounds. So figure at 4 weeks maybe 25 pounds. Eat lots of healthy small meals so you don't lose just muscle. You need to keep up your energy if you plan on major workouts.
