Is it possible to do this if most of what you're losing is water weight? I've heard of people on The Biggest Loser who've lost 35 pounds in a week because it was mostly excess water and simply not eating all the crap they were eating before. 35 pounds
anything is possible, but it would be a bad shock to your system, the reason the biggest loser people lose so much weight is because they have so much to burn vs how much they need . the smaller your weight is, the harder it is to lose pounds. it is possible
