Q: My daughter is 11 and over weight. She wants to loose some serious weight over the summer. Have any tips or suggestions?
A: Do everything possible for her to not be home. Home makes you bored, which makes you eat, which makes you barely get any exercise at all. Try to get her involved in camp or something she can do with her friends. Good Luck =].
My daughter is finally interested in losing some weight and I am so proud of her. She is 10. There are many online groups for adults losing weight - Sparkpeople, Realage, weightwatchers.com etc. Does anyone know of any groups just for kids? I think

I need a REALLY GOOD one.
