Do the slim fast or weight watchers shakes work to kick start weight loss?

I know.....I know I have to change my lifestyle in order to lose weight, and I have a pretty good start, but have not seen any results. I have pretty much cut out fast food and junk foods. I eat salads, fresh fruits and veggies a lot more than before.


They do to an extent, if you use them 2x per day with a healthy dinner it will shrink your stomach...however they have a lot of calories, you could have some cereal, coffee and fruit for the same calories (measure the cereal and use skim milk)
