I have stage 2 Kidney Disease. Is my sudden weight loss a sign of something serious?

I've always been thin but I've recently droped to under 84 pounds, having shed ten pounds just this past month. I've been eating more in an attempt to prevent this from happening but to no avail I really havent had an appetite though.

i need to lose some weight...please dont tell me that my weight is fine because its something I need to do. Kidney disease runs in my family and my mother is overweight so I need to start now so I dont go the same way.

Here's my 'stats':


1. Take small meals at regular intervals.Preferably 5 meals
2. Reduce carbo intake, but increase protein intake such as chicken and fish especially
