Q: I am 14 years old and have PCOS. As a result of this i am overweight. I have been eating healthily and taking part in regular exercise for 3 years now and the weight is still not shifting! Any one got any tips for weight loss? This would help loads :)

Weight loss tips for women...

Uh... mostly the same as for men. Eat a lot of protein because it speeds up your metabolism, take in a lot of fiber, and do spinning... like what children do, spin around in a circle.
