I need to drop 30 lbs in 3 months. I just started my workout routine and diet about two weeks ago now, and my weight keeps fluctuating. I lose 6 pounds, then gain 3, then lose 4, etc. I am very strict with my diet and go to the gym like 4-5 times a week


Sweat waistbands are not that effective for losing weight. Sure they make you sweat but it's not for losing fat, which is what your target should be. Don't look at it as losing weight but look at it as shedding the fat.
